المجلس الرئاسي:
بعد الاطلاع على الإعلان الدستوري الصادر بتاريخ 03 / أغسطس / 2011 وتعديلاته.
وعلى الاتفاق السياسي الليبي الموقَّع بتاريخ 17 / ديسمبر / 2015.
وعلى مخرجات ملتقى الحوار السياسي الليبي المنعقد بتاريخ 09 / نوفمبر / 2020.
وعلى ما قرره مجلس النواب الليبي في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 10 / مارس / 2021 في مدينة سرت.
وعلى قانون النظام المالي للدولة، ولائحة الميزانية والحسابات والمخازن وتعديلاتهما.
وعلى القانون رقم (12) لسنة 2010 بشأن علاقات العمل ولائحته التنفيذية.
وعلى القانون رقم (5) لسنة 2018 بشأن قوة الشرطة وتعديلاته.
وعلى قرار المجلس الرئاسي رقم (9) لسنة 2022 بشأن إنشاء جهاز الحرس الرئاسي.
وبناءً على موافقة المجلس الرئاسي بجماعته الأولى لسنة 2025.
وعلى ما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة.
قَــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــرَّرَ
مادة (1)
يُكلَّف السيّد/ اللواء عطيّة علي طالب رئيسًا لجهاز الحرس الرئاسي.
مادة (2)
يُعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، ويُلغى كل حكم يخالفه، وعلى الجهات المعنيّة تنفيذه.

the decision of the Libyan House of Representatives at its session held on 10 March 2021 in the city of Sirte.
the State Financial System Law and the Budget, Accounts and Stores Regulations and their amendments
Law No. (12) of 2010 on Labour Relations and its Executive Regulation.
Law No. (5) of 2018 on the Police Force and its amendments.
Presidential Council Decision No. (9) of 2022 establishing the Presidential Guard.
with the approval of the Presidential Council at its first meeting of 2025..
and in the public interest.
has decided:
Article (1)
Major General Atiyah Ali Talib is appointed Head of the Presidential Guard.
Article (2)
This decision shall enter into force on the date of its issuance; all provisions contrary to it are hereby repealed, and the competent authorities shall implement it.

la loi n° 5 de 2018 sur les forces de police et ses amendements .
la décision n° 9 de 2022 du Conseil présidentiel portant création de la Garde présidentielle .
après approbation du Conseil présidentiel lors de sa première réunion de 2025 .
et dans l’intérêt général.
a décidé :
Article 1
Le général de division Atiya Ali Taleb est nommé chef de la Garde présidentielle.
Article 2
La présente décision entre en vigueur à la date de sa signature ; toute disposition contraire est abrogée et les autorités compétentes sont chargées de son exécution.
